Logan, Wintermeyer Earn Historic MVC Honors

ST. LOUIS – In his lone season at Bradley as a graduate transfer, senior goalkeeper Bryce Logan (Bellingham, WA/Mt. Baker H.S.) has been named the 2020-21 Missouri Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, according to a vote of the league's five head coaches announced Thursday morning.

The first-ever Bradley keeper to earn the MVC Goalkeeper-of-the-Year award, Logan also was voted to the 11-man All-MVC first team, while graduate forward Gerit Wintermeyer (Wiesbaden, Germany) collected his fourth career All-MVC award as a second-team honoree.

Though former Bradley keepers Adam Gross (1998) and Chris Dunsheath (2005) previously were named the MVC Defensive Player of the Year, Logan becomes the first Bradley net minder tabbed MVC Goalkeeper of the Year after easily pacing The Valley by averaging 5.
