COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Rising Illinois State volleyball seniors, Sarah Kushner and Kaity Weimerskirch are heading to the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the USA Volleyball Women's National Team Open Program from February 25-27.
The Redbirds' senior duo will join more than 200 women's volleyball players for the USA Volleyball Women's National Team Open Program (WNTOP), previously referred to as the Open Tryout. The program is a part of the selection process for the U.S. Women's National Team, NCAA Elite Athlete List and the 2022 Collegiate National Team.
