PEORIA, Ill. – Junior right side/middle blocker Karagan Coggin (Bartlett, Tenn./Bartlett) has been named this week's Bradley Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week announced Wednesday after helping Bradley Volleyball move into second place in the Missouri Valley Conference standings with a pair of home wins last weekend.
Coggin hit a blistering .425 in wins over Indiana State and Evansville, averaging 2.57 kills and a team-best 1.00 blocks per set. She attacked at a .556 clip against Indiana State, notching 10 kills on 18 swings without an error in the sweep. Coggin also had a pair of blocks as she helped Bradley hold the Sycamores to their lowest attack percentage of the season.
