PEORIA — Darrell Brown is proud of what Bradley basketball accomplished last March, winning the Missouri Valley Conference tournament for the first time in 31 years and taking Michigan State, an eventual Final Four team, virtually to the wire in the NCAA tournament.
But the BU point guard isn’t ready yet to make any grand boasts about whether he can lead the 2019-20 Braves to greater heights in his senior season.
“We want to go farther this year, but I don’t want to promise anything,” he said following Tuesday’s workout at Renaissance Coliseum. “I tell people don’t expect the same this year as last year.
