CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Illinois State men's tennis team returns to action this weekend, when six Redbirds head to Urbana-Champaign, Illinois to compete in the ITA Midwest Regional Championship starting Thursday hosted by the University of Illinois.
The tournament is scheduled for Oct. 20-24, with matches being played at the Atkins Tennis Center and the Dodds Tennis Center. Matches taking place at the Atkins Tennis Center will be live streamed for fans as well as have live scoring for fans to follow along with.
The tournament consists of 16 teams from the Midwest region, including ISU, Illinois, Michigan, UIC, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Western Michigan, Northwestern, Northern Illinois, Youngstown State, DePaul, Cleveland State, Marquette, Michigan State, Toledo, Wisconsin, Eastern Illinois and Chicago State.
