Viria Livingston reached a career milestone early on, grabbing her 500th rebound with 7:36 on the clock in the first quarter. Both teams were scoreless for over three minutes, but the 'Birds put the first basket in as Mary Crompton connected with Simone Goods for two. Goods added four more points to secure all six scored in the first for ISU.
