NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State sophomore safety Clayton Isbell has added another postseason honor to his resume, as he was selected as a HERO Sports FCS Sophomore All-American by the organization on Tuesday.
This is the second All-American honor for Isbell from HERO Sports, as he was previously named a Freshman All-American by the organization. A 2021 All-Missouri Valley Football Conference Second Team selection, Isbell started nine games at safety for the Redbirds and ranked fourth on the team in tackles with 62.
