Illinois State women's basketball entertains rival Bradley on Friday at Redbird Arena

NORMAL — Two Bradley University losses last week brought the Braves back within range of Illinois State in the Missouri Valley Conference women’s basketball standings.

A second Bradley win over the Redbirds this season on Friday would make the Braves a lot more comfortable again.

“This game really means a lot,” ISU senior guard TeTe Maggett said of the 7 p.m. encounter at Redbird Arena which will have no admission charge on Pack the Arena night.

At 16-4 overall, Bradley is in second place at 7-2 in MVC play after road losses of 90-56 to Missouri State and 64-50 to Southern Illinois.
