NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State swimming and diving team had a triumphant evening as they defeated the Evansville Purple Aces with an end score of 172-71 on Friday.
The Redbirds kicked off the meet with a Redbird dub in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:47.79 by the quartet of Julie Kolar, Jensen Keck, Morgan Clark, and Jessica Nichols.
