NORMAL — Illinois State basketball coach Ryan Pedon's second pursuit of Landon Moore proved to be successful.
The Pantagraph reported last week that Moore was transferring from Butler to ISU. With Moore's scholarship agreement in hand, Pedon is now free to comment on the addition of the former Bloomington High School standout.
“We are very excited to add Landon Moore to our basketball family,” said Pedon. “We recruited Landon two years ago when he transferred to Butler, and we walked away impressed with both he and his family."
Moore began his college career at Saint Francis, where he averaged 13.
