DENTON, Texas – Illinois State volleyball juniors Sydney Holt and Kaylee Martin were listed on the North Texas Invitational All-Tournament Team. This is the first career all-tournament team selection for Holt and second for Martin.
The Redbirds won the two-day event, starting the season with two-straight wins for the second-straight year under the direction of head coach Leah Johnson.
Holt turned in a team-best hitting percentage of .296 in her first season as a true middle blocker for ISU. She contributed three service aces, including two against the tournament host Mean Green, while also adding seven digs on the weekend.
