SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Rachel Hickey and Ariana Cranston recorded personal-best performances in their respective events at Saturday's Alex Wilson Invitational inside the Loftus Sports Center to lead the Redbirds.
Hickey, who ran a two-second improvement, clocked in at 4:50.64, finishing fourth overall in the mile. Her time moves her up one spot into ninth overall on the Illinois State track & field top-10 list.
In the field events, Cranston cleared her best mark of the 2019-20 indoor campaign at 4.02 meters (13-02.25 ft.) to finish third overall. Her clearance of 4.
