Illinois Wesleyan's men's and women's basketball teams continue College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin play Wednesday night.
Both teams are 13-6 overall and 7-3 in the CCIW, with the men playing at rival Millikin (4-16, 1-10) and the women staying home at Shirk Center to face Elmhurst (7-13, 2-9). Both games tip off at 7 o'clock.
