PEORIA, Ill. – Junior outside hitter Hannah Thompson (Pekin, Ill.Pekin) has been named this week's Bradley Scholar-Athlete of the Week announced Wednesday after helping Bradley Volleyball sweep a two-game road series at Evansville.
Named the MVC Player of the Week Tuesday, Thompson averaged 4.71 kills while hitting .345 and also collected 5.29 digs, 0.57 aces and 0.29 blocks per set in the victories. She opened the weekend series with a season-best 18 kills also notched a match-high 23 digs in addition to her two aces and a solo block in a four-set win against the Aces Sunday, hitting .
