Gosswein and Schrimmer Combine for No-Hitter in Braves Victory

PEORIA, IL – Sophomore Brooks Gosswein threw seven innings of no-hit ball before senior Brian Schrimmer pitched a 1-2-3 eighth inning and the Bradley baseball finished off a 10-0 victory against Robert Morris-Springfield on Saturday afternoon. The Braves won their fourth-straight game and improved to 16-10 on the year with the victory.

The no-hitter is the third on record in the program's history and the first since six pitchers combined for one against RMU-Springfield on May 3, 2016.

Gosswein threw 97 pitches in his seven innings of work, striking out 11 Eagles with five walks to earn his third win of the season.
