PEORIA, Ill. – Freshmen Abbott Badgley and Addie Welsh each had multi-hit outings to lead Bradley, but Evansville used a three-run sixth to break open a tie game as the Aces took the rubber match of the three-game Missouri Valley Conference series by the score of 6-3 Sunday afternoon at Petersen Hotels Field at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.
Welsh went 2-for-3 with a run and Badgley was 2-for-4 with a RBI as the duo helped Bradley (22-21 overall, 10-10 MVC) outhit Evansville (23-20, 8-12 MVC) 9-6 in the contest.
