Julia de Palma Mendiguchia's program record lasted one week before she beat it again, running a 1:02.33 in the women's 400m hurdles to take gold in the event.
Amiyah Davis and Carolina Martinez were neck and neck in the women's 400m, finishing first and second, respectively, with times of 54.
