LAKE CHARLES, LA - McNeese State LF Shane Selman hit for the cycle in a 4-for-5 performance, leading the host Cowboys (6-5) to a 9-3 win against Bradley (4-6) in the rubber game of their 3-game weekend series Sunday at Cowboy Diamond.
Selman hit a leadoff home run in the bottom of the first, singled and stole second in the second inning, doubled to lead off the sixth then completed the cycle with a triple to start the eighth. Selman became the first player to hit for the cycle against the Braves since Illinois' Brandon Wikoff April 7, 2009.
