The No. 3 nationally ranked Illinois Wesleyan men's golf team finished tied for 10th at the 30-team Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational on Sunday at Pine Lakes Golf Club in Jekyll Island, Ga.
The Titans led the tournament after the opening day of the three-day event and were in sixth after day two. They had a final-round score of 8-over 296 and finished at 882.
Conner O'Neil led IWU with a 218, finishing in a 20th-place tie among individuals.
Methodist University captured the team title with an 11-under 853. Guilford's James Mishoe shot a 10-under 206 to claim medalist honors.
