Jaelyn Keene and Sydney Holt each had 11 kills to lead the Illinois State volleyball team to a three-set sweep of Evansville in the regular season finale on Saturday at Redbird Arena.
Stef Jankiewicz contributed 33 assists in the 25-10, 25-16, 25-16 victory. ISU improved to 20-11 overall and 13-5 in Missouri Valley Conference play.
The victory was the fifth straight for the Redbirds and gave ISU outright possession of third place in the MVC regular-season standings.
The Redbirds hit at a solid .277 rate while limiting Evansville to a .009. ISU had 39 kills to 23 for the Aces.
