ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Caroline McConnell has been named Missouri Valley Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the second time this season after placing tied for third at the Badger Invitational over Sept. 14-16, per a release by the Valley on Friday.
McConnell recorded her second third-place finish of the 2025-26 campaign in Madison, Wis., to lead all Braves. McConnell began the tournament strong, firing a career-low 68 in round one. She followed with a second-round score of 69 and a third-round score of 72. McConnell's 54-hole total (209) surpasses her prior career low (215, set two weeks ago) and is the second-best individual tournament score in program history.
