SEATTLE, Wash. – Sophomore Julia Nielsen turned in a season-best in the 800 meters and freshman Nicola Jensen finished second seconds off the school record in the 3,000 meters to help highlight the final day of competition for Bradley Track & Field at the UW Invitational Saturday.
Nielsen improved on her MVC season-best time in the women's 800 meters, finishing 10th overall with a season-best effort of 2:10.14.
Jensen closed out the day's competition for the Braves in the women's 3,000 meters, crossing the line in a time of 9:32.03 to take fourth in her heat and 14th overall.
