The Bradley track teams continued action on Friday, running at the Drake Relays and Kip Janvrin Open with 17 personal-best times and 17 top-10 finishes at the meets.
The women's 1,500m highlighted the day for the Braves. At the Drake Relays, senior Niamh Markham clocked a time of 4:26.20 to place fourth of 14 runners at the prestigious meet. Markham's time shaved nearly two seconds off her previous PR and now ranks third in the Valley this season and fourth in school history.
Meanwhile at nearby Simpson College, the Braves placed five of the top seven runners in the 1,500m at the Kip Janvrin Open.
