EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Evansville's Izzy Vetter kept Bradley hitless and the Aces scored 11 times as the Braves dropped the series finale 11-1 Sunday afternoon at Cooper Stadium to conclude the three-game Missouri Valley Conference series.
The Aces (23-19 overall, 11-12 MVC) took advantage of four walks in the bottom of the first to score three runs without a hit. A hit batter and fielder's choice to start the frame put two runners on and the first walk of the inning loaded the bases. Marah Wood drew a base on balls to drive in the first run of the contest and another run came home on a wild pitch.
