PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Softball capped off Senior Weekend with a dominant sweep of Evansville, winning both games of Saturday's doubleheader and closing out the series with a commanding run-rule victory on Sunday at OSF Healthcare Field.
The Braves opened Saturday with a thrilling 10-9 extra-inning win in 12 innings. Bradley erased a seven-run Evansville rally in the seventh and responded late, thanks to a clutch RBI effort from freshman catcher Emily Organ and a three-RBI day from Abbott Badgley. Defensively, the Braves leaned on a resilient bullpen, working around Evansville's season-high 18 runners left on base.
