Braves and Bearcats Play to Scoreless Draw

Box Score CINCINNATI, OH – For the fourth time in five games, Bradley Soccer was forced to play extra time and for the second time, the Braves (5-2-3) came away with a scoreless draw, battling host Cincinnati (3-7-1) to a 0-0 stalemate Tuesday night at Gettler Stadium.

In an unusual stat line, Cincinnati finished the game with a 20-6 advantage in shots, but the Bearcats managed to put only one of those attempts on target. Junior goalkeeper Albert Reinwart made the night's only save, stopping a point-blank shot by Marcello Jones in the 89th minute just moments after thwarting a dangerous cross at the near post, to preserve his third shutout of the year.
