PEORIA — Senior Night at Bradley was two months ago. But so much was accomplished after that final men’s basketball game at Carver Arena on Feb. 27 that the four BU seniors deserved another sendoff.
They got it Thursday night at The Bullpen Bar & Grill during the final Voice of the Braves Show. A spirited gathering of Bradley fans greeted the four departing seniors and other team members and coaches in reliving the Braves’ first Missouri Valley Conference tournament championship in 31 years and first NCAA tournament appearance in 13.
Bradley defeated Missouri State, Loyola and UNI by a total of eight points to capture the MVC title.
