PEORIA — The lone dress rehearsal at Carver Arena for the Bradley men’s basketball team 2 p.m. Sunday against Wisconsin-La Crosse should be no pushover.
The Division III Eagles are the defending regular-season champions of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, returning three starters and welcoming a talented transfer.
“They’re a different team than we might see all year,” said BU coach Brian Wardle. “All five guys on the floor can shoot. They’re all about motion and are disciplined defensively. We’ll have to be smart in our decision-making on offense. It’ll be a good test for our young guys.
