Bradley Women’s Cross Country Shines at Notre Dame

In a meet that featured a total of 10 teams receiving vote in the latest national poll, the Bradley women's cross country shined on Friday morning at Notre Dame's Joe Piane Invitational, which included a school-record individual performance.

With four top-10 teams in the nation competing, Bradley placed 10th in the stacked 20-team field, which included finishing higher than both San Francisco and Penn State, who were receiving votes in the rankings.

On an individual level, two Braves recorded the fastest 5K times in school history. Sophomore Nicola Jansen placed 19th overall of 186 runners with the quickest trek in school history at 16:30.
