The Bradley volleyball team opened a key Missouri Valley Conference series featuring two of the top four teams in the standings with a three-set sweep of Loyola on Sunday afternoon at Renaissance Coliseum. The Braves are now 9-4 on the year, while the Ramblers drop to 6-5 in conference play.
Junior Hannah Thompson led the Braves with 12 kills and 14 digs on the day, attacking at a 40.7 percent clip in her double-double performance. Sophomore Karagan Coggin and freshman Abby Johnson also chipped in nine kills apiece with sophomore Raeann Bergman adding seven kills.
