Bradley thumped 97-61 for 9th consecutive loss

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Bradley suffered its ninth consecutive loss in convincing fashion Tuesday night, falling to UT Arlington 97-61 at College Park Center.
The Braves (1-9) jumped to a 4-2 lead on two baskets by Antoine Pittman. But the Mavericks then used a 10-0 run to take control. Bradley would pull within 22-18 at 9:41 on two Scottie James free throws before UTA finished the half with a 29-14 burst.
Bradley was playing without leading scorer Donte Thomas, nursing a knee injury and Davante Cooper, left home with a back ailment.
