PEORIA, IL - Freshman Malini Wijesinghe pulled out a 3-set win at No. 5 singles, clinching Bradley's 4-3 win versus visiting Missouri State in Missouri Valley Conference women's tennis action Sunday at the David Markin Tennis Courts.
Bradley (11-11, 2-3 MVC) closed out its 2016 home schedule by clinching its 11th win of the year and second Valley dual victory. The Braves now have won at least 11 dual matches in consecutive seasons for the first time since 1991-92 (13-7) and 1992-93 (14-7), as well as two MVC matches in consecutive years for the first time since 1992-93 (3-2) and 1993-94 (2-3).
