Bradley officially landed the No. 4 seed and will play No. 5 Southern Illinois in Friday’s quarterfinal game of the Missouri Valley Conference tournament at 2:35 p.m. at Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
BU (20-11, 11-7), the tournament’s reigning champion, will begin play in the 4-5 game for the third consecutive year and the 11th time in the 30-year history of the St. Louis event. SIU (16-15, 11-7) was the league’s surprise team, having been picked to finish last in Bryan Mullins’ first year as coach.
