PEORIA -- Bradley received its second commitment for 2019-20 this week when 6-foot-2 point guard Antonio Thomas of Memphis East High School gave BU his verbal pledge.
Thomas visited Bradley last weekend.
“It was real family-oriented,” he said. “The team did a lot of things together. I really liked the campus. And the people of Peoria are all about Bradley basketball.”
Thomas averaged 14 points and nine assists last season. He said he had earlier offers from James Madison, South Alabama and Arkansas State.
“I’m not necessarily pass first, but just all-around, do everything,” he said.
