ST. LOUIS – The Illinois State swimming and diving team has been picked to finish fourth at the 2021 Missouri Valley Conference Championships in a pre-championship poll of the league's head coaches, the conference office announced on Thursday afternoon.
"We're less than a week away from the Valley championships and the team is excited," head coach Caitlin Hamilton shared. "It's been a long year full of learning to be flexible and roll with the punches, and we're all ready to race and show the hard work that was put in. Going into this year's championship meet, our approach is simply to focus on what we can control and let the results come.
