COOKEVILLE, TN – Bradley scored four runs in the eighth inning of game one and seven runs in the third inning of game two and rode the outbursts to a doubleheader sweep of host Tennessee Tech (3-6) Saturday at Bush Stadium.
The Braves (3-6) overcame a 3-0 deficit to earn a 6-3 win in the opener, then rode a 7-run explosion in the third inning of the nightcap for an 11-6 win to complete the sweep. Senior LF Dan Bolt hit a home run in each game to lead the offensive effort.
