LEXINGTON, Ky. – Illinois State volleyball assistant coach Mike Becker has been named a recipient of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Thirty Under 30 Award, the organization announced on Monday.
"Winning this award is truly a testament to all of the great people who have mentored me throughout my career," Becker shared. "Most notably, I want to thank Illinois State head coach Leah Johnson for nominating me. It is an assistant's job to make the head coach the best head coach that they can be. It is very easy to do that when your head coach is Leah Johnson.
