PEORIA, IL – Bradley DH Eli Rawlinson was 2-for-3 with a double, a game-tying sacrifice fly and a go-ahead home run, helping the Braves (14-10) rally from a 5-0 deficit for a 9-6 non-conference baseball win against SIU Edwardsville (9-17) Wednesday night at Dozer Park.
On the heels of Tuesday's 10-0 win against Western Illinois, Bradley improved to 46-17 (.730) against in-state competition since the start of the 2014 season.
The Braves had to dig out of a hole to earn their latest win after the Cougars scored five unearned runs in the fourth inning against Bradley starter Jed Moscot.
