Baseball Rallies Again, Beats UTSA in 11

SAN ANTONIO – Bradley junior 3B Brendan Dougherty drove home the tying run with two outs in the ninth inning and the go-ahead run in the 11th as the Braves (5-2) scored three unanswered runs to rally for a 4-3 win in 11 innings in the opening game of their weekend series at UTSA (6-4) Friday night at Roadrunner Field.

The Braves have gone to extra innings in three of their last four games, winning all three true road contests. Bradley has come out on top in each of its last five extra-innings games, dating to last season, and all five of those games have been played on the road.
