Senior McKenzie Altmayer and junior Charlie Parrish of the Bradley cross country and track programs were honored for their work on the track and in the classroom on Thursday, collecting first-team Academic All-District accolades, presented by CoSIDA.
Altmayer was one of 12 women in District 5 to earn the award – which includes all Division I cross country and track & field student-athletes from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio – while Parrish was one of 15 men's student-athletes to be honored.
Bradley was the only school in the Missouri Valley Conference to feature two honorees.
