ROSEMONT — Illinois redshirt junior Zac Brunson was named Wrestler of the Week by the Big Ten on Tuesday after going 6-0 to win the 174-pound weight class at the Reno (Nev.) Tournament of Champions.
Brunson contributed 32 of the Illini’s 152 team points last weekend. He pinned three opponents and has eight pinfalls this season.
