DURHAM, N.C. — Illinois baseball coach Dan Hartleb will be part of USA Baseball’s coaching staff and evaluators for the 2016 17U National Team Development Program.
The event is scheduled July 18-22 in Chicago.
It is the second USA Baseball assignment for Hartleb, who served on the staff of the ’14 USA Baseball 14U National Team Development Program.
Hartleb will lead the Stripes Team and will be assisted by Northwestern’s Spencer Allen, Auburn’s Butch Thompson and former major league veteran Ernie Young.
