That is why the Illini offered Nae’Saan Dickerson a scholarship on Monday. This was an offer that would help the program in the future and create a pipeline to a state that Illinois hasn’t been particularly successful in.
Dickerson is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound wide receiver from Cedar Grove High School in Fairburn, Georgia. He is rated as a three-star recruit who is the No. 1034 player in the class of 2020 and the No. 165 wide receiver in the nation. He is also the No. 125 player in the state of Georgia as well.
The Illini came in with the offer to Dickerson and it looks like they are his biggest offer to-date.
