Marquez Beason announced via Twitter on Monday morning that he will be signing his National Letter of Intent at Duncanville High School at 8:30 AM CT on Wednesday. Early signing period starts on Wednesday, December 19, so that means he would officially sign with the Illini.
Beason is a 5-foot-10, 177-pound athlete from Duncanville High School in Duncanville, Texas. He is rated as a four-star recruit who is the No. 84 player in the class of 2019 and the No. 4 athlete in the nation. He is also the No. 14 player in the state of Texas as well.
