Yesterday, safety Lyn Strange announced via Twitter his top 12 programs he will be choosing from. Illinois made that top list.
The 12 programs Strange listed are Louisville, Iowa State, Navy, Western Kentucky, Oregon State, Troy, Indiana, Temple, Syracuse, Louisiana Lafayette, Memphis, and Illinois.

Strange is a 3-star safety out of Tallahassee, Florida.
