St. Louis should still be a priority for the new Illinois football coaching staff.
The Illini have been able to pull some solid talent out of the St. Louis area in recent years. Isaiah Williams is one of the best athletes on the team. Shammond Cooper is going to be a dominating linebacker for the program.
