Fortilien is a 6-foot-3, 210-pound wide receiver from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Florida. He isn’t rated or ranked by 247Sports yet because he is from the class of 2022, but he is going to be ranked pretty high based on the scholarships he is already pulling in.
