Justin Flowe received a scholarship offer from the Illini. He is a 6-foot-3, 225-pound outside linebacker from Upland High School in Upland, California. He is rated as a five-star recruit who is the No. 4 player in the class of 2020 and the No. 2 outside linebacker in the nation. The fact Illinois offered this kid is exciting, but my expectations are realistic about the potential of landing him.
