Quarterback Cam Thomas committed to Illinois yesterday and he is going to be a big-time player with the Illini. When 2017 and beyond rolls around, what targets will he have?
Right now, Illinois has two wide receivers committed to the program. Ricky Smalling and Kendall Smith both picked the Illini back in late April of 2016.
Thomas also has running back Mike Epstein that will catch his fair share of passes in his career as well. But, there could be at least one more pass catcher wanting to sign up to pay in Champaign.
