It seems like every day the Illini make a “top” list and it looks they made another one a few days ago.
The recruit that narrowed his list this time, Billy Joseph, is a big time recruit. This is one of those big fish I usually mention in the basketball recruiting.

Joseph announced on Twitter Sunday that he has cut his list down to ten teams.
